Becoming a mother of two deepened my respect for the female body—and reminded me that self-care is a lifelong foundation, not a luxury.
My work is rooted in the Iyengar yoga lineage of B. K. S. Iyengar and especially inspired by his daughter Geeta S. Iyengar, whose pioneering women’s sequences brought clarity and support to different stages of a woman’s life. Alongside yoga, I integrate iRest (a modern form of yoga nidra), and I have studied with its founder, Dr. Richard C. Miller, to help busy minds and bodies restore through deep rest.
That’s why I created this platform: to celebrate modern women’s vitality and grace, and to share short practices in yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra—along with supportive props—so you can feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in your body through every season of life.
