30 days return

We are committed to selling exactly what is described on the website. Genuine goods, new original. And valid with the tax policies of the host country.

If there are any errors in the shipping process affecting the quality of goods, you have the right to request a return and refund within 30 days.

2. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.

 

RETURNS

Full store credits (minus shipping) will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.

A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on used merchandise and will be deducted from your store credit. If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

Europa customers:
Our customer service staffs will e-mail with instructions to prepare the goods to be returned.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the store credit can be properly applied to your account.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Cases of 100% refund and refund include:

- Goods not in the right category and quantity ordered
- The goods are damaged due to shipping
- The goods quality is not in accordance with the description on the web

How to refund
We will refund to you via Paypal (which may include return shipping charges) with a sincere apology for all inconvenience.
